Cellular senescence is an important part of the aging process and forms basis age-related diseases. In our study, we discussed relationship between mammalian target rapamycin (mTOR) signaling pathway polyphenols that affect this cellular senescence. For this, determined keywords 'mTOR' or 'polyphenol' 'cellular aging'. We searched these in scientific databases such as Scopus, Institute for Scientific Information-Web Science, Google Scholar, Science Direct PubMed. According to search results, evaluated 35 studies especially last ten years. conclusion, importance mTORC1 likely derives from its extraordinary ability control a wide variety processes.
